Robby Hill is an entrepreneur, public servant, and Founder & President of information technology consulting firm HillSouth. Robby founded HillSouth at the age of 17, while still a student at West Florence High School. In 2012 he was elected to Councilman at the City of Florence, South Carolina; the state's tenth-largest municipality. There he has led the creation of numerous pro-business initiatives including the launch of a new business incubator downtown.
Mr. Patel, an alumnus of the University of South Carolina, has over 15 years of experience in Enterprise IT as well as a background in analytical chemistry, solid state physics and electrical engineering.
Jeremy Crooks is a young, talented designer that brings an unsullied perspective to the HillSouth design team. He is another Francis Marion University graduate with a Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design. Jeremy has extensive knowledge of the most cutting-edge trends in design theory and composition, which makes him a valuable asset to the HillSouth design team.
Stephen Balogh is a driven information technology professional with a proven track record of successfully managing and executing high-level technology projects as a part of HillSouth’s Advanced Infrastructure team. Stephen has been with HillSouth for 4 years and is adept at solving clients’ most pressing technology challenges, particularly in networking infrastructure, storage, and virtualization platforms. He currently holds a degree in CIS, as well as numerous certifications and accreditations including VCP-DCV, VCP-Cloud, CCNA, and DCIE.
Matthew Kirkland graduated from Francis Marion University with a BS in Computer Science, where he was introduced to Hillsouth through their scholarship program. Soon afterwards, Matthew began an internship with Hillsouth’s application development team, which he followed up with part-time employment throughout the remainder of his time at FMU. Immediately after graduating, he transitioned to full-time employment and quickly moved into our Advanced Infrastructure team where he helps solve complex networking and infrastructure issues as well as manage our own company’s hosting infrastructure.
